New Memberships and Updates
Submitted my membership to the Graphic Artist Guild today as an associate member. Things are going to be busy as I finish up my internship work with Untimely Films, finish my last quarter at the Art Institute of Colorado and prepare for my relocation back to Fargo, ND at the beginning of April. Come March I should be getting a demo reel posted here as well. Other exciting news is contact with Results Unlimited, a Marketing firm with offices in both Fargo and Minot in North Dakota. I hope to be building a good networking relationship at the very least with them in the next few months.

Internship, Demo Reel and Upcoming Holidays
Things are definitely getting busy as I continue to work on my project with Untimely Films and the current quarter starts drawing to an end. Demo Reel is definitely eating up large amounts of time now with renders that need to be completed, but I think my time table on that is looking fair at the moment. In other news I submitted a piece to Blizzard Entertainments Holiday Card Fanart Contest. It can be seen in a wallpaper format on my Deviant Art account.

Internship
I will be soon working with the gentlemen of Untimely Films for an internship. I'm really looking forward to it. I believe I will learn a lot and gain some valuable experience.

This and That
Been a busy past few months as I last made a note here before a trip home to see family this summer. In the meantime another quarter has come and gone and I get closer and closer to graduation. I am actively seeking an internship currently as well as possible part time employment. Things are also shaping up as I head into my first demo reel class this quarter and the crunch really begins.

ToonBoom "More for Less"
Attended the Denver session of ToonBoom's "More for Less" tour last night and found it to be quite the eye opener and very informative. Not to leave out the impressions that the demonstrations of their new software Storyboard and Animate which are definitely very powerful and incredible packages that I have no doubts to becoming industry standards in animation software along with several other of their products. Am going to see if there are any options open for me to actually become ToonBoom certified.
